Ian Dermody joined the firm in August 2004. Ian is a qualified
chartered surveyor. He is a member of the IAVI, SCS and RICS
and has a Diploma in Arbitration from UCD. Prior to joining he
worked for a large firm of property professionals in central
Dublin.
Pat Dermody (Ian's father) is a long-standing auctioneer dealing
with development and agricultural land, residential and
commercial property for over 30 years and has in that time built
up a strong client base and list of potential purchasers.
All customers deal directly with Pat & Ian who remain committed
to ensuring clients are guaranteed a first class service and the
best possible price for the sale of their property.
